Static Implant Connection

 

Since dental implantology has developed, research has been mainly focused on improving dental implants, much less consideration has been given to prosthetic systems, continuing to always adopt “incorrectly” connections between implants and prosthetic structure the DYNAMIC MECHANICS.  DYNAMIC MECHANICS in prosthetic implantology DOES NOT generate stability, DOES NOT include anti-rotational connections, DOES NOT allow us to verify if there are Tensions between dental implants or the presence of Gaps in the connections.

 

ANALYSIS: The loss of dental implants without apparent reasons is to be found among these critical issues.​

The breakthrough occurred when the dental technician Giampaolo Damiani replaced the DYNAMIC MECHANICS technique with the STATIC MECHANICS technique, by Designing, Planning, and Developing “STATIC IMPLANT CONNECTION”, a connection between dental implants that includes MECHANICAL STABILITY, ANTI-ROTATION, and VERIFIABLE PASSIVATION.                  

RESULT: Significant reduction in the loss of dental implants.

The TRIPTYCH that makes dental implants LONG-LASTING.

O1.   The STATIC IMPLANT CONNECTION has indicated to us that most of the MASTER MODELS on which you build prosthetic artifacts are not accurate. The reasons are twofold: the retraction of silicones and the expansion of plasters. (As indicated by the product information leaflets used) . The STATIC IMPLANT CONNECTION confirms that the SCANNERS currently used for digital impressions have difficulty correctly reading the DISTANCE between the implants. But these inaccuracies are not tolerated by dental implants.   (This causes a high % X  of  implant loss)

 

 

O2.  The STATIC IMPLANT CONNECTION has indicated to us that no artifact constructed with casting technique is precise, due to the expansion of coatings and the retraction of metals during cooling. (As indicated in the information leaflets of the materials used) the artifacts obtained are tolerated in rehabilitations on natural teeth but are not tolerated by dental implants. (This causes a high  %  of implant loss)

 

 

 O3.  The STATIC IMPLANT CONNECTION allows us to have a system with anti-rotational connection, which means total mechanical stability to  form a single body DENTAL IMPLANTS - PROSTHETIC STRUCTURE.
